If your enquiry relates to a patient who is currently in our care, please contact the ward direct in the first instance via the hospital switchboard on 01322 428100 and ask to speak with the Nurse in Charge or the Matron who can support your enquiry and help to prevent any unnecessary delays.

You are entitled to request whether we hold information on a specific area and then copies of the information itself. To formally make a request under the Freedom of Information Act you must submit your request in writing (email is satisfactory) and include an address (postal or email) to which correspondence can be sent.

Please note that requests should include a clear and specific description of the information you are seeking. When asking for statistical or historical data please ensure you include the period in which you are interested.

At Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust we have an information and advice service for patients, their relatives, carers and visitors. This service is provided by the Patient Liaison Officer which is available office hours, Monday to Friday.
