On Friday, we were delighted to welcome nine enthusiastic volunteers from Dartford Science and Technology College (DSTC) as part of their Community Volunteering initiative. This fantastic program allows students to spend a day giving back to their community while learning new skills.
Our amazing volunteers accomplished so much! They cleared overgrown beds in our allotment, painted furniture for our staff, and spruced up our shed with a fresh coat of paint. Additionally, they re-potted various fruit and flower plants in our allotment beds and generously donated two portable planters to enhance our space. It was wonderful to have these students on site.
