On Saturday 7 December, we will be conducting essential maintenance on the East Block heating system at Darent Valley Hospital to improve its reliability and performance during the winter months.
What to expect:
- Heating will be turned off from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (at the very latest) on Saturday 7 December.
- Residual heat will remain for some time after the switch-off, and measures are in place to minimise any impact.
We will ensure patient care is not compromised during this time.
If you experience discomfort due to reduced heating, please inform a member of staff. We are committed to your comfort and wellbeing during this necessary upgrade.
