Who can you ask for advice and information?
Bereavement Services
Bereavement services provides support and assistance to bereaved relatives and carers to help them through the necessary procedures following the death of a patient at the hospital. Contact our Patient Services on 01322 428165 or 01322 428168.
Communication Requirement
If you have communication needs relating to a disability, impairment or sensory loss and require information in a way that you understand please contact PALS (details below).
Patient Liaison Service (PALS)
At Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust we have an information and advice service for patients, their relatives, carers and visitors. This service is provided by the Patient Liaison Officer available 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Alternatively, telephone 01322 428382 or email dgn-tr.PALS@nhs.net.
