Keeping our staff safe and secure is paramount.
It is our intention to implement and maintain, so far as is reasonably practicable, such preventative measures as are necessary to combat the risks to personal safety faced by staff, including those work onsite, working alone or away from their base location.
We have a comprehensive "Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression Policy", "Lone Workers Policy" and a "Call and Collect" service where staff may be escorted to their vehicles out of hours.
