All NHS Trusts conduct a staff survey each year to find out what staff think about the organisation they work in.
Staff are asked a broad range of questions, for example, about the hours they work, the availability of resources, and the quality of leadership.
We are committed to review the Staff Survey results and implement actions to improve the working lives of its staff. Yearly action plans that are developed are monitored by the Trust board.
