At Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust, our desire is to work in partnership with our local GPs to ensure patients have a seamless transition from primary care to secondary care services which is centred on patient-focused pathways.
As part of our long-term strategy, our aim is to develop and advance our current specialist treatment practises as well as bring expert clinical care closer to patients’ homes. Our cutting-edge Lithotripsy procedure for the quick non-invasive removal of kidney stones, our Moorfields-led Surgical Eye Unit and specialist care from Evelina London Children's Healthcare are examples of some of the specialist services we deliver that will have real benefits for patients.
The Planned Care Centre (PCC) at Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup is our dedicated site for planned care services. Services include outpatient clinics; diagnostic tests (including imaging, cardiac diagnostics and endoscopy); routine day-case and short stay inpatient surgery, and medical treatments and therapies - delivered locally in Bexley.
Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust offers a wide range of services across our sites:
