Contacting the Business Support Team about ICE
If you are an existing ICE user and you have a problem with the system, a request for training or another ICE issue, please consult your practice’s ICE super user in the first instance. They are trained to answer common queries and issues. If needed, they can escalate any problems to the ICE central team.
